One to one

An hour with Melania, built around your own nights

Not a class you follow. A practice made for the way you actually sleep — or don’t.

Who this is for

People who have already tried the obvious things. You have downloaded the app, moved your phone across the room, cut the coffee after two, and you are still lying there at one in the morning running through tomorrow.

Group classes and recordings are useful, but they cannot see you. They do not know that your shoulders are where you hold everything, that you wake at three every night rather than struggling to fall asleep, or that lying still makes you more agitated rather than less. A session is where that gets taken into account.

What happens in the hour

  1. We look at your nights, properly Not a form. A conversation about when you sleep, when you wake, what the evening looks like before you get into bed, and what has already failed. Most of what matters comes out here.
  2. We practise together Gentle work adapted to your body in the moment — bedtime shapes you can do in bed, breathing, or guided yoga nidra if lying still suits you better than moving. You are not performing. Nobody is watching your alignment.
  3. You leave with something short you will actually do A written practice built from what worked in the session, kept deliberately small. Ten minutes you repeat beats forty you abandon on the third night.

Questions people ask

How does an online session work?

We meet on a video call. You need a quiet room, a bed or a mat, and a couple of pillows. No equipment, no camera required on your side if you would rather keep it off — several people prefer that, and it changes nothing about the practice.

Do I need any yoga experience?

None. Most people who come to these sessions are not looking for yoga — they are looking for sleep. Everything is done slowly, mostly lying down, and adapted to your body as we go.

What happens after the session?

You get a short written practice built around what we did, so you can repeat it on your own. It is the part that matters most: the session teaches it, the repetition is what changes your nights.

Is this therapy or medical treatment?

No. Melania is a yoga teacher and an ICF-approved coach, not a doctor or a therapist. These sessions work on the nervous system, on evening habits and on practice. If you have a diagnosed sleep disorder, this can sit alongside proper medical care but not replace it.

What if I need to reschedule?

Move the appointment up to 24 hours before and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours the session is counted, since the time has been held for you.

Can we meet in a language other than English?

Yes. Melania teaches in English, Italian and Spanish. Say which you prefer when you book.
